Malvern College Egypt Opens its Doors

21 November 2016

Malvern College Egypt, Malvern College’s third overseas campus and the first HMC international campus in Africa, opened its doors for the first time to 340 excited students on 18th September 2016. The school, which is situated in an affluent area of Cairo near the international airport, will eventually cater for over 1500 day boys and girls aged from 3 to 18 and will offer a British curriculum through to IGCSE and then a choice between A levels and the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme.

The school, which is managed in partnership with the Azazy Group, an Egyptian education group, is led by Headmaster Duncan Grice, who was previously Head of Junior School at Dulwich College Suzhou for 6 years. “I am very excited to have the opportunity to take on the leadership of Malvern College Egypt. It is a real privilege to be able to put one’s stamp on a new school and to be able to develop it into a first class educational institution worthy of Malvern College’s growing international reputation.”
