Autumn 2020 will see the launch of a bespoke professional development programme for staff within the Malvern College family. Malvern Pathways are specially designed, blended learning programmes for staff in different roles within our schools. Working in partnership with Karen Ardley Associates, the project is being created with industry standard benchmarking measures at its core, which will ensure that staff who participate in the project receive world-class training to enhance their work in schools.
With a commitment to identifying and nurturing professional talent across the group, we aim to provide clear development pathways for staff who are keen to forge a successful career as part of the Malvern family.
