The Malvern College International group have enjoyed a positive start to the recruitment season and are pleased to announce that Mr Phillip Burgess has been appointed to the post of Headmaster at Malvern College Egypt, effective from August 2020. Phillip joins the group from a school in the UAE and has significant headship experience to draw upon to further extend the successes of Mr Wayne Maher who is moving on to new challenges next year.
It is also pleasing to report that Ms. Andrea May has been appointed as Head of Seniors at Malvern College Chengdu, also with effect from August 2020. Andrea has a wealth of experience in school leadership which will help Malvern College Chengdu senior school with its relocation to its purpose-built campus next summer.
Finally, on 16th November our Director of Education, Mr Eamonn Mullally, was pleased to represent the group of schools at the Tes International Jobs Fair at the Raddison Blu Hotel, Manchester airport. The event attracted a good number of professionals, many of whom were keen to learn more about the various opportunities at the schools. Recruitment for posts at each of the schools is ongoing and current vacancies are listed on the MCI and Tes websites from which applications can be made directly.
